Extension Rod:

• If you have higher than average, an extension rod may be used to maximise the effects of your new ceiling fan. 
• Extension Rods are available as a separate part. They come in lengths of 900mm or 1800mm and can be cut to a suitable length by your electrician.
• Wiring looms are included in all downrods.

Warranty:

•  3 year in-home warranty on the motor, excluding cosmetic issues and corrosion (unless reported in the first 3 months).
• 4 year additional Parts Only Warranty on the motor.
• 2 year in-home warranty on all DC electronic components such as DC remote control systems, lighting and Accessory Wall Control.
• 1 year warranty applies when the fan or relevant part is used in any non-domestic applications.

• All fans need to be installed by a licensed Electrician.
• If a fault becomes apparent please call the warranty number provided in the packaging of the ceiling fan, do not attempt to uninstall the ceiling fan.
