Depending on the height of your ceiling, you may need to purchase a longer downrod to bring your ceiling fan closer to the floor and improve performance.

This extension rod is:

• to suit Cabarita fans only
• Matte White 
• 900mm long
• 27mm in diameter (we do not recommend relying on this measurement to mix between manufacturers)

General Recommendations 

• Australian Safety Standards require your ceiling fan’s blades to be at least 2.1m (210 cm)  from the floor.
• Increasing the amount of space above your ceiling fan will generally result in better performance (airflow).
• The ideal distance from the floor to the blades of your ceiling fan is between 210 cm and 270 cm for optimal performance.
