At Lighting Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fixtures aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Fixtures
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure a safe transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
